I have been in the jewelry business for over 15 years. When I was starting out, my first lesson from my mentor was not about setting stones or tricks of the trade, but about the client. The lesson was simple: regardless of whether the budget was a few hundred dollars or millions of dollars, all of your clients should be treated the same and each job should be given the same level of attention and detail. I have always made that my number one priority. Throughout my journey in the jewelry business, my mentor’s words have stuck with me as I work with all walks of life. Since then, I have been able to set million dollar stones and find a community of peers to learn from and work with. My business is my passion and I make sure to convey that with every piece I create. Whether it’s a custom engagement ring or a logo piece for their growing business, I have had the privilege of being a part of my client’s lives and I am humbled by that.
Humble Beginnings
This is the first watch I ever owned. It is a RIP CURL ATS Moon Phase Tide Master Watch. It has clearly seen better days but this watch has seen me through my various stages of life in the jewelry business. It’s always important to remember your roots because you can’t know where you’re going if you don’t know where you’ve been.
